“GAGLE was formed in 1997. It is a hip-hop unit based in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, consisting of DJ Mitsu the Beats, HUNGER, and DJ Mu-R. They debuted in 2001 with “BUST THE FACTS.” They have steadily gained fans with their unwavering musicality that resonates with the times, as well as their outstanding live performances, producing hits like “Yuki no Kakumei” and “Shikabane o Koete.” They have actively collaborated with international artists as well as domestic ones. After appearing at numerous live events and music festivals, they released the album “Vanta Black” in 2018 and successfully completed a 35-city national tour. In 2021, they released “I feel, I will,” which expresses their feelings on the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake, and in 2022, they released “Krossfader,” a soulful crossfade reflecting on the COVID-19 pandemic.”
