As a teenager I shunned smooth jazz and always gravitated to more chaotic, energetic jazz like fusion of free. But as I get older I notice myself enjoying more mellow tunes. A few years ago I put together a mix of tracks that fit this bill for my stepdad. This selection of tracks is inspired by that mix.
